rcs upgrade issue

Hello,

First I'd like to say, thanks for your help.  I really REALLY appreciate it.

I recently upgrade versions of RCS and diff on my solaris servers, and now
when my developers try to co there is an issue with the DOS style ^M for
newlines.  The old version of RCS did not complain about this.  Is there a
command line argument to ignore these newline characters?
