geometry-4.0.0 released

Hi,

There's a new release of the geometry package, geometry-4.0.0 [1]
This release removes all matgeom functionality (that is if you were
using geometry in the past, it is likely that you want to install
matgeom, which is a dependency anyways)

Sadly the svg input/output class (which used an old fork form inkscape
python svg classes) is now broken.
