Octave 4 on Mac 10.9 or 10.10?

Are there any versions of Octave 4 for Mac 10.9 or 10.10? I am running Octave 
3.8.2 right now (on OSX 10.9.5), and I see that MacPorts lists Octave 3.8.2 as 
their latest version.
