Octave with C++ Builder XE3

Good afternoon,

We are trying to implementing Octave libraries from C++.
We did it successfully with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and now we are
trying to do the same with Embarcadero XE3 Compiler.

Is there a way to use Octave and XE3? An Octave Version for XE3? Or maybe a
way to convert VS2010 Projects into XE3 Projects?
