Dear Andy,
thank you for your reply and sorry for my late reply, I am back to the
problem today (Easter, family, flu..).
I would like to create a control tool for a system that is time variant.
if it was time invariant the control box would be not complicated (the
system is not working in (or near) a chaotic regime), but for the dependency
on the time I should insert a "follower" (estimator?) of the system
characteristics.
