I really don't get it, you seem to be aware that GUI Octave is not related nor
endorsed by the Octave developers,
that its use of Octave's name is considered a real rip-off by the Octave
developers and you still come here to complain
about its missing features and documentation? Why do you think anyone here can
or would like to help you with that?

Octave now has its own GUI, if you need a GUI you can get a development version
of Octave where the GUI is enabled by default.
If you are unable to use a development version of Octave and you are using
windows you could try UPM Octave: https://forja.rediris.es/projects/octaveupm/
it's a bit outdated but should work OK.
