There is no Ubuntu developer team, at least, none that is working on
Octave. The Octave packages are maintained in Debian. Nobody is
maintaining them in Ubuntu.

I don't understand why you refuse to show me (i) what you're typing
and (ii) what you're seeing, despite me asking 4 (four) times now, but
suit yourself. I wasn't asking for explanations. I was asking for the
actual, raw data, not your interpretation of the data.
