Terminal display problems

Hi everyone,

Having weird terminal display problems, as shown in: http://pastebin.com/hEBXAzQm

Line 3 (fixing the typo) is <up><left><left><left>r<right><right><backspace><enter>

It evaluates okay (line 4 is <up> to get the previous command), but what's with the display error?

Octave 3.2.4 on WinXP

Any ideas? Restarting octave does not make the error go away either.
