No, no. QtOctave does have some sort of related project for creating
your own interfaces, but it's nowhere mature, and I think it's
abandoned.

ICosinus: There are no replacements yet for the UI functions from
Matlab. There's very embryonic work on the fltk backend for them, but
nothing that does it yet. If it's very important to you, you could
consider helping implementing them.
