Re: testing binary of octave-3.3.90 (mingw32) is uploaded

Hello

Please read my readme in the download web page.  This snapshot does not have 
msys+ MSYS+MinGW
toolkits.
You have to prepare by yourself. Except for complier (GCC-4.5.0) , you may use 
subset of MSYS+MinGW
shipped to the officail octave-3.2.4 binary release.

At the moment, I do not have enough time to prepare those toolkits for 
shipping.
