Hello

It seem that you do not have the octave include files (and also libraries) 
which are required to
install the octave-forge package. (Or you have already have it but mkoctfile 
does not recognize the
place where there are installed.)  I do not the Mac user.  Perhaps such the 
development kits exist in
the octave related.

Please wait the Mac user reply.
