This will clearly not help since the size of this ndgrid is much less than
2GB given less than 4e6 elements, so there is clearly some bug in the users
code we do not know until now.
A windows user can btw not simply update, since it seems to be an incredible
pain to compile octave properly on windows (which is not octave's fault).
