I unistall octave and reinstall it. I include some packet before installation
and one of that is jhandle.
This is the result after the command "pkg list"

I try to execute java_new command but no work again :(.

Maybe I selected some wrong packet!?? The symbol "*" what do it mean?

Why jhandle doesn't work again?
