Octave Forge: Miscellaneous Package Installation Erorr

Hello,
I want to use the leasqr function in octave for which I need to install the
"optim" package from octave forge but before I can install optim it requires
me to install "Miscellaneous". I have been trying to install and even if I
install any other package I get similar kind of error always.
I am using opensuse 11.1. 
How cna I solve this problem?
