Hello,
this loop causes a crash in Octave-3.1.55:
for i=1:10
for j=1:10
for l=1:10
a(j,l,i)=1; %crash
%a(i,j,l)=1; %is fine
endfor
endfor
endfor
This works fine for me with the latest sources from mercurial on OSX.
c.
Actually I was too quick in saying that it works for me:
---------------------------------
for i=1:10
for j=1:10
for l=1:10
a(j,l,i)=1; %crash
%a(i,j,l)=1; %is fine
endfor
endfor
endfor
---------------------------------
produces no error, but
---------------------------------
size(a)
panic: Segmentation fault -- stopping myself...
Segmentation fault
