I am using octave 2.9.9 on Debian Etch. The octave manual that comes
in /usr/share/doc/octave2.9-doc/octave.pdf says that it was updated in
February 1997. I have found couple of errors in this manual.
1) Should I report them?
2) If reported, will they be fixed?
3) Is there a later version available?
