For the interpft test it seems that the test is too strict in its error
margin. For the I/O tests, you don't have hdf5 installed, for the sparse
tests, there is a problem with different IEEE754 definitions of Inf and
NaN it seems. In short there is no significant error in this log file,
though it does give pointers to where the test code needs to be fixed to
allow for your machine..
