Dear Octave users,
I load Matlab source file maroce.m from
http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/loadFile.do?objectId=10738&objectType=FILE
<http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/loadFile.do?objectId=10738&objectType=FILE>
to perform Principal Axis Factoring in Octave. Using recent stable
version in Ubuntu or Debian I receive the following error:
error: octave_char_matrix_str::valid_as_scalar_index(): not implemented
error: evaluating binary operator `^' near line 339, column 26
error: evaluating binary operator `*' near line 339, column 33
error: evaluating binary operator `<=' near line 339, column 10
error: evaluating argument list element number 1
error: if: error evaluating conditional expression
error: evaluating if command near line 339, column 1
error: called from `maroce' in file `/home/andrej/Desktop/maroce.m'
Thanks in advance for any suggestions,
Andrej
