Hi,
Thanks a lot on two counts. On the short time-scale for the help
with mark_as_command, and on the long time-scale for the stir all
that has created and which is apparently pushing people who master
the internals of octave to make life much easier for those who
do not know all the possibilities of this wonderfull program or who
just have forgotten the exact name of the command they need. I
feel very proud being involved in that, in my small way.
Returning to my hack: I found out that the script does not look
in all directories -in particular not in this in which I keep my
own m-files -. Maybe I botched something when I added it in my
.octaverc. I quote the line:
LOADPATH=[LOADPATH,"/home/avraham/mfiles//"];
For the time being, my cure was to include the -p Fullpath among
the options of octave in the olookfor script. Seems to work.
Cheers, Avraham
