Hi Robert,

try using BIOSIG - http://biosig.sf.net . BIOSIG is an open source software
library for biomedical signal processing, its licensed with GPL and is used
mostly for EEG analysis.

All functions (except SVIEWER which needs GUI) should work with OCTAVE as well
as Matlab.

Cheers,
   Alois

---------------

I am just beginning to use the free matlab toolbox, EEGLab
(http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/), for analysis of continuous EEG. I
primarily need the ICA and topographic mapping functions.

I need some consulting to get selected EEGlab scripts to run in Octave or R.
