Thanks for your letter and the attached files. I did not touch them yet.
As I am interested in the quantitative evaluation of the peaks, not only
in finding their position in the spectrum, I give first prioriy to
trying to understand Rillings program based on Huang's empirical mode
decomposition. I guess that I'll fall back on your method if, despite
the help received from Joe Kosky I'll fail.
