Hello,
the octave info file tells about fclose:
- Built-in Function: fclose (FID)
Closes the specified file. If an error is encountered while
trying to close the file, an error message is printed and `fclose'
returns 0. Otherwise, it returns 1.
I found the opposite (my text file is written and closed
correctly) and the return value is 0.
Best
Jan-Mark
