One of my students is developing an application in Octave to analyze
spectroscopic data. Since the data needs (graphic) interactive editing we
were thinking of using a TCL/TK both for plotting and for user interface.
I have seen some discussions in the mailing list regarding the use of
TCL/TK commands from Octave for creating GUI/plotting. Will somebody
please update me the present status on this ?
I have also seen criticism on the use of tcl/tk-octave GUI stuff in the
help list. So, is tcl/tk-GNU the right way to go ?
Anish
PS: we use octave 2.1.35
