Unidentified subject!

I have been trying to find a Fuzzy Logic Toolbox for octave. Does
anybody know of a good fuzzy logic toolbox?
I have already try this website
http://www.csc.umist.ac.uk/fstb/fstb.htm
and I obtained a zip file (fstb.zip).
When I unziped the file, it did not show anywhere in my machine. Look
for it all around and it just does not show. So, I am looking for an
alternative.
