"Matrix" pointer -- equivalent to C |

Hi Everyone:
I have a simple question:
Matrix M(x, y);
double *MC;
MC = new (double) [x*y];
I want to matrix M to point to the same memory as the array MC. I looked
through the constructors and other C++ stuff defined for "Matrix" but
couldn't find the answer.
Thanks in advance.
