What would you like mod_octave to do?
Octave has no implentation of CGI handling modules,
to you'd have to do all the painful parsing yourself.
Perhaps you may want to look at using
mod_perl, with Inline::Octave?
or mod_tcl and Paul Kienzle's octave/tcl bindings?
