logarithmic steps in for

Hi!!

        Is there a way to define a range of values for a 'for' loop with 
logarithmic 
steps? I mean, I have a range from 10e-5 to 100 and I want to take ten points 
in each group 10e-5 - 10e-4 - 10e-3 ...and so on...
