digest version of mailing list(s)

A little off-topic, but...

What mailing list program is managing the octave mailing lists?  Is it
set up for sending regular digests instead of every message?  I'd like
to stay subscribed, so that I can keep abreast of recent developments,
but I desparately need to reduce my total daily email intake, and
without reminders, I'm unlikely to check the archives regularly.
