Hi,

I was very happy with debian's distribution of octave,
plotutils,octave-plplot packages. Now, for several reasons
I must move to redhat 6.2.
I installed octave-2.0.16-1.i386.rpm and plplot-990122-1.i386.rpm.
I have not found any rpm's for plplot_octave (any idea? alien
does not work), therefore I tried to compile the plplot_octave
package (with tcl8.0 and tk8.0). Most graphical functions
seem to work properly, however save_fig dumps
a core file. More precisely the figure.m crashes.

Has anyone experienced something like this?

Best regards,
Istvan Kiss
