Dear Sir,
I have successfully downloaded and installed Octave on my computer (Windows
95) but I am having a minor problem that is not allowing me to use it.
Octave is aparently running ok. The problem is that after running BASH I am
unable to enter some characters from keyboard ( namely ",',^ and ~). The
double-quote is the major problem, as you can figure out. I have tried every
possible (I think) change on the keyboard configuration without any success.
On the DOS prompt the keyboard works fine but stops to output those
characters after entering BASH.
Any help you can give would be highly appreciated.

Best regards,
