I'd love to have a (preferably file-free) data exchange between Octave and,
say, R, Perl, Python, ...  However, I am not sure how to go about it. Shared
memory?  Pipes?  Corba?  Did anybody else on the list contemplate this?


According to the latest figures, 43% of all statistics are totally worthless.

Octave is freely available under the terms of the GNU GPL.
