R(i1,:)*complex_val in liboctave

Hello

I'm looking for a method that would authorize me to bo the eqivalent of
R(i1,:)*complex_val
in liboctave.

I did not find the equivalent of Indexs or Iterators in the documentation.
Did I mis it?

P.S. : I begin in programing with liboctave, and I wonder were could I get
the maximum of information (Programs, freshest doc,...)
