Autoconf and NCurses in C++

Hi,

To build with ncurse support,

This macro could help to find out include path and right libraries for libnruse.so.

How about the c++ binding for ncurse? which is located in ncurse/c++ directory and I guess this will be packed up as 'libncurse++.a'. Is there an existing macro could do the same thing for libncurse++.a ?
