It looks like handling "meta-combo" key presses is going to be harder
than i thought.
If I want a program to process key presses like Alt-1 , Alt-2, etc ...
where should I start ?
Is that something that needs to be done w/ terminfo ?
I probably need to call meta() too ?
Any good pointers to examples of this ?
