It's in the documentation.  Find it with:

  grep -A1 -B2 xsel doc/sample.nanorc

This gives:

  ## For copying a marked region to the system clipboard:
  # bind Sh-M-T "{execute}|xsel -ib{enter}{undo}" main

Of course, you can choose whatever keystroke works best for you.
After having copied something to the clipboard with the keystroke
in the above binding, you can paste it in other applications with
