Not that I know of.  And searching the internet brought up nothing either.

But... can vim or emacs or another editor highlight gnuplot files?  If yes,
then you could get inspiration from there to write your own gnuplot.nanorc
file.  Learning to compose regular expressions is never a waste of time.  :)
