[Help-nano] nano backup feature

Nano backs up files which I am working on by saving the file with a 
trailing ~.  I'm not sure how often this saves -- maybe every 5 minutes?

In any case, would it be possible to change the frequency to more like 30 
seconds?  I also see the -C flag.  Would it be possible to use this to 
save more frequently than the default?
