If you're talking about the overly long lines that are displayed with
"$"s at their beginning or end, just scroll backward or forward with the
arrow keys.  I'm not sure what you mean by wrapped and not justified,
though, since, in nano, there isn't really a distinction between wrapped
and justified lines.
