Try upgrading to version 1.1.8. Nano supports justifying quoted paragraphs,
as long as the quote string is always the same. For example, if the quote
string is always ":) ", you can start Nano with
nano -Q ":) "
and you can then justify paragraphs correctly. Nano can't (yet?) handle the
examples at that Pine Patches page, with multiple quote strings mixed
together and dynamically detected.
