PATH

On windows using gmake 3.8 we need to set the PATH from within the make.

We do this by defining PATH := C:\whatever\abc;C:\xyz\pqr

 

Seem to have probs with it. We tried changing  the \ to / but still the prob persist.

Some of the PATH make returns back has the : substituted with a ;

 

Any idea how PATH is handled in Makes for windows ?
