make clean, dependencies are unnecessarily remade

Hi,

i wrote a project that implicitly makes the dependencies
for C files and includes them.

When i do a "make clean" and the dependencies don't
exist, they are generated, just to be deleted again.

How can this be solved?


I haven't set up an example for it, it may be helpful
but it is not yet done, i think this is a standard
problem and others may know the answer right away.
