Using gcc from the D1 CD, I'm trying to compile openssl 0.9.6. However,
it seems that there is something very strange going on...
when running make, I'm getting syntax errors where none exist. However,
if I do something, like run sh, then run make, I get errors in a different
spot. i'm running screen, and if I exit screen, and then run make, it
compiles just fine. It seems like this might be a pager problem (yes, I
am using a swap partition).
