Indeed, I had this:
(add-to-list 'geiser-guile-load-path "~/projects/guix")
as per "(guix) The Perfect Setup" of the Guix manual. Removing this
fixed the transaction issues.
Insights?
But the wrong outdated packaged remained.
> (setq guix-load-path "~/.config/guix/current/share/guile/site/2.2"
> guix-load-compiled-path
> "~/.config/guix/current/lib/guile/2.2/site-ccache")
This fixes the oudated package issue.
