Yes, ideally. Usually I merge the copyright notices together from files
that have the same basic license notice so that I don't have a ton of
separate entries for each file that has slightly different dates or
different contributors, but ideally all the copyright notices should be
present.
I don't think it's really legally required, though, and I doubt ftpmaster
checks in great detail. They're mostly concerned with making sure that
every different license is represented.
