Hello, I received an apology and confirmation from PPCLink that the use of GSL was inadvertent and will be removed from their product. As far as I am concerned this is a good result and resolves the matter, I don't plan to pursue it legally in this case--that option is there for companies that knowingly or continuingly violate the GPL.
