Well generally I've a intention to build up own small test OS and would like to use GRUB tools to build up bootable image for VirtualBox
do you know how this can be done ?

Well, yes. I've set up GRUB on a Mac to dual-boot between OS X and Linux. It works a bit differently though from a PC, as Macs use UEFI. I need more info as to what you want to do before I can give better advice.
I don't want to put all of the log here because I've tried a lot of ways (different combinations of binutils and gcc)
Can someone please advice what gcc he used and binutils within what version of GRUB, so that was installed on Mac?
You don't need GCC and binutils to install GRUB. Do you want to compile GRUB (I.e build your own binary)? If so that's a different can of worms entirely.
