My money is still on incompatible name mangling.

Above names are *demangled*. If this DLL was compiled with a
different compiler the *mangled* names will not match what
g++-compiled code expects.

What does 

  dumpbin /EXPORTS summarizer37.dll | 
    egrep '(make|delete)_summarizer'


In order to understand recursion you must first understand recursion.
Remove /-nsp/ for email.
