Instead of re-posting the exact message you posted to c.o.l.d.apps,
you should have at least answered the questions that were asked
there (or you'll get the exact same suggestions, wasting everyone's
time).

What was the *exact* compile and link command?
What does "calling manager" second time mean?
Is there any difference between LD_DEBUG=... output on first
(failing) and second (successful) run?

By repeating the same post without answering questions already asked,
you risk making experts ignore you. Once you are in a KILL file,
there is no (easy) way out of it.
