Hi,
I am using gcc v3.0.1 with binutils 2.11.2 on HP9000 V10.20.
I am compiling a huge module and am running out of memory.
In the past I used "fhuge-objects" but it is no longer available.
The error message I am getting is:

/opt/gcc/lib/gcc-lib/hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20/3.0.1/as: Cannot allocate 16 bytes after allocating 66994176 bytes

Is this a hard limit or is there some environment variable that I can increase?

Thanks

Tom Graves
