Can someone update the Icecat binaries on gnu.org?

The current binaries [1] are almost two years old.
While it's true that Icecat can be easily build with the makeicecat script, it seems like a good chunk of the GNU/Linux community doesn't feel comfortable doing it.
Given the lack of updates, some distro packagers are also slowly giving up on it.
The AUR packager for icecat-bin is waiting for a new, official release [2], and Void Linux completely dropped Icecat [3] for multiple reasons, one of them being the lack of an up-to-date tarball.
